    At Mama Lana’s Flowers, all arrangements and products are created with care and are often made to order using fresh, seasonal flowers. Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

    We do not accept returns or exchanges on any floral products, including but not limited to:

    * Fresh flower arrangements

    * Custom orders

    * Event or wedding florals

    * Market bouquets or subscriptions

    Please review your order details carefully before purchasing. Color tones, flower varieties, and overall design may vary slightly based on seasonal availability and the natural characteristics of flowers.

    If there is an issue with your order (such as damaged flowers upon pickup or delivery, or an incorrect item), you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your flowers.

    To be eligible for review:

    * You must notify us within 24 hours

    * Provide clear photos of the issue

    If the issue is confirmed, we will determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion, which may include partial replacement or store credit.

    We cannot accept claims for:

    * Natural variations in flowers

    * Slight wilting due to weather, transport, or delayed pickup

    * Dissatisfaction with design preferences when the arrangement matches the order description

    * Issues reported after the 24-hour window
